Mubasher: The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) has sold the issuance of its KWD 160 million ($530.67 million) bonds and securities, according to a recent statement.

The bonds issue has a return of 2.25%, while it will be matured in three months on 14 August.

Kuwait’s central bank said that the bonds issue received an order volume of KWD 2.01 billion.

The CBK issues these bonds and securities to control liquidity in the local cash market.
